Workinfree is a freelance services marketplace powered by blockchain. 5% of service fee will be charged to freelancers who receive payment.
Joining to Workinfree.com platform is completely free. Freelancers can create their profile and publish campaigns for their skills. All freelancers will be required to complete Advanced ID verification to prevent any misleading behavior by freelancers. Any freelancer will have only one profile and prove their real personality. Freelancers will need a crypto wallet address to complete profile setup.

Freelancers on Workinfree.com will be required to stake Workinfree Coin to publish their job gigs listings.
Employers can simply join Workinfree.com and set their account up as a client. They will then have full access to the platform, and be able to communicate with any freelancer. They will associate their metamask wallet to the platform while completing their payments via Workinfree coin.

Freelancers will be required to stake Workinfree Coin to publish their gigs. No requirement for employers.
Workinfree Coin is the native token that powers the platform’s payment system. All payments through this platform will be complated with only Workinfree coin.
All payments between freelancers and emloyers will be completed with Workinfree coin only. Payments from employers will be escrowed till the completion of the work. If the work is 100% satisfying for both employers and freelancers, then, this payment will be transfered to the wallet of freelancer by deducting 5% service fee.

All funds awaiting completion of a job will be held in escrow. They will be transferred to freelancer only when both parties (employer and freelancer) agree that they are satisfied. In the case a job dispute, users can create ticket for their issue and prompt Workinfree.com support.
In the case where a contract must be cancelled, it is possible. To cancel a contract, user can go to the manage jobs page and select the job that they would like to cancel. All users must agree before cancelling the job. If the employer cancels the job, they must pay the freelancer for any work completed. If the freelancer cancels the job, the employer will have receive a refund by default. In the cases of disputes, the Workinfree.com Support can help!

Our escrow service will be hedged and mitigates potential market volatility. For example, If you’ve quoted $500 USD in tokens for a work, you will receive the same value of $500 USD. Our system checks the latest market price of Workinfree Coin for every minute to receive equivalent amount of Workinfree coin to this quoated price. Please note that, freelancers will be charged 5% of service fee for their activity. The net amount what they will receive is after deducting this service fee.

Freelancers get paid in $Workinfree Coin, as soon as the work is completed and accepted by the Employer. When you accept or issue a contract, the money moves into escrow. While in the escrow account the amount can not be changed without approval of both parties. Once a job is completed and both parties are happy, the payment in Workinfree Coin will be release and sent to freelancer.

Yes. Any real person who completed advanced ID verification from all over the world can become a freelancer on Workinfree.com platform. However freelancers will be screened through the Workinfree support for quality assurance.
Workinfree.com support can assist all disputes between freelancers and employers. The funds are escrowed until all parties agree. If you have a problem while working, Workinfree has systems in place to ensure fair judgement.
